Guest Policies CHECK-IN TIME is after 3pm and CHECK-OUT is 11am We will try to accommodate other times, if necessary. These are NON-SMOKING units. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions unless stipulated in writing. Vacation Guest(s) must abide by the Strata By-laws of the Building. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- a damage deposit of $200 is required. This must be received fourteen (14) days before arrival. It is due with second payment. The deposit in NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within ten (10) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collections of rents or services rendered during the stay. All debris, rubbish, recycling, and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Bed linens are put in washing machine and started. All issued keys and fobs
