An individual owns this cabin. Please respect all of the property therein.A furnished cabin to provide off street parking for two cars. Snow removal to be provided as per ownera€™s contract with sub contractor. Snow removal to be limited to 2 off street parking spaces. Absolutely No on street parking is permitted during snow removal activities, failure to comply with this Ordinance will result in the towing of your vehicle by the Calaveras Sheriffa€™s Department, with all costs (bail, towing, & storage) the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Trash Policy: 1-30 gallon trash bag is provided per 2-night booking to be left in the cabin upon departure. Additional trash may be deposited at Avery Refuse Disposal Site at no fee.
