SEACLIFF OCEANVIEW HOME: Sleeps up to 12 with 3-bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. 3-outside decks and large rooftop deck with a gas barbecue and wonderful views of Rio Del Mar, the river, and ther beach. 4-block walk to Beach down a path or 5-block walk down the street. All rooms are very spacious with shell decor through the home.The 1st floor has the very large bedroom with a Double bed with an ocean view at one end & 2-Queen sofa sleepers at the othe with a small Tv. There is a full bath with a shower on this floor also. All towels and linens provided. Sorry It is not appropriate for children under 4 or elderly guests who have trouble with stairs as the home is three stories tall.The 2nd floor has two bedrooms. One with a King Bed with attached Master bath with double vanity sink and shower. The second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1-Twin trundle bed with it's own TV. There is another full bath in the hall with a Shower/Tub. The top floor has a Great Room with Living Room at one end and Dining area at the other, next to the Kitchen. The Dining Room can seat up to 12 guests. There is also the 1/2 bath on this floor. The kitchen has a Jennaire grill and full kitchen; which is open to the Dining Room and Living Room with 3 barstools for the Breakfast folks. The Living room also has 2 small children's futon couches. And the fireplace and a rocking chair.There is a stairway up to the roof top deck with a teak outdoor table & chairs with wonderful ocean & beach views from there too. Monterey is 45 minutes away. Santa Cruz 10 minutes and Capitola 3 minutes. The Washer & Dryeris on the middle floor and there is on-site parking for 1 car in the garage and 3-4 in the driveway. Bring your bicycles and bicycle to the beach and all along Seacliff Drive with great ocean views to the Seacliff State Beach park or several restaurants.
