Other occupants may be family members, friends or responsible adults; any Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Access to the unit will be denied to anyone who is not a registered Guest. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, violation will result in immediate expulsion from the un it without refund.
