This occupancy agreement is a contract to rent property for the amount of time indicated , the price indicated, and for the person(s) listed on the agreement.Your reservation is confirmed when the rental agreement is signed and deposit paid. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the departure provided no major damage has been done to the unit.If your reservation is for arrival date less than 2 weeks away, the total balance will be collected with the rental agreement. Guests can visit, but are not allowed to stay overnight without owner/management permission. NO animals allowed.All residents must be registered with the association office if required.
