Washing detergent is provided.Upstairs, there are three carpeted bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.The master bedroom is bright and sunny with a king bed, small ensuite with shower, WC and hand basin. The master also has a sunny Juliet balcony with a setting for two. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with bunk beds and would be suitable for children. The third bedroom has a double bed, desk and plenty of storage. The main bathroom has a W.C, hand basin, shower and bathtub. Hairdryer is provided, as well as towels for 6 people, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and toilet paper. All bed linen is also provided.Outside, there is a large, very sunny entertaining courtyard with dining table and seating for 6 adults. Off-street parking for multiple cars this is almost unheard of in Sydney and is an absolute must if you have a rental car as street parking in Sydney is extremely scarce.

Arncliffe does however have some of the best lebanese around, and grocery shopping at nearby Rockdale plaza (Coles, Big W, Aldi, 5min drive), Tempe...
Woolies (5min) or Arncliffe IGA are more than sufficient. At the bottom of our street is a post office, hairdresser, convenience store, chemist, fish and chips takeaway and pizerria.
