Although it is the top floor of a duplex building the lower level is the managers office and open Monday - Friday 9-5 to help with any questions you may have. The pool is private for your use only. There are hardwood floors throughout which creates a feeling of comfort and style. The living room is large and comfortable. A large flat screen television is placed in the living room for all to enjoy. Each of the bedrooms has large closets. The queen-size beds have comfortable down pillows and comforters with luxurious white linens. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large full bath with tub and shower off the hallway. There is an additional half bath off the dining room, this is a Jack and Jill and opens on to dining room and third bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a door leading outside onto a stairway that leads you down to the very nice sized swimming pool in the back yard. You will enjoy a home away from home experience in a quiet and peaceful setting. The property is gated for added privacy and one parking space is offered for your convenience at the front of the property. In 3 minutes walk you can stroll and shop along Melrose Avenue. Here, visitors and locals can browse world-class shops for the finest in art, fashion, and design. Spend time on trend-setting Melrose Avenue, where visitors will find cutting-edge fashions. Take an afternoon break and be part of the scene at Le Conversation, Elixir, or Urth Caffe, three neighborhood-friendly cafes with a celebrity clientele - great locations for spotting Hollywood film stars. Or, indulge in an early afternoon drink at the Abbey, one of LA's hot spots for both gay and straight visitors. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY! The pool is not heated. The fee for pool heating is $50/day. PLEASE NOTE: 1) We want to makes sure the guest and the property are the right fit. 2) It is important to be aware that the standard for acceptable noise in this particular West Hollywood property is literally that there be no detectable noise. It's the perfect property for a corporate traveler but not good for guests who are up late at nights. 3) The bottom line is that if the tenants are audible at 3 AM it does not matter if they are skinny-dipping in the pool or holding a prayer vigil in the living room.
