Parking Garage Space (optional) - $100 per month, per space. Additional Storage Unit (optional) - $50 per month. Electricity, Cable and Internet are the tenants responsibility. Renter's Liability Insurance coverage of $100,000 is required. Pets Allowed - Maximum of 2 pets allowed, strict weight limit 25 lbs or less. $800 Non-Refundable pet fee per pet - Dogs. $500 Non-Refundable pet fee per pet- Cats. To qualify: We require at minimum 3 times the rental amount, to pass a credit and background check, with a minimum of 2 years of recent verifiable rental history.
