RentalSource does not sell your personal information and does not exchange your data for money or anything of value. Your contact details will never be sold to lead buyers, marketing companies, or other businesses for their independent use.

When We Do Share Information

We only share your personal information in two specific cases, and only when you initiate the request:

• Listing Inquiries: When you contact a landlord or property manager through RentalSource, we pass along your inquiry and contact details so they can respond directly.
• Moving Quotes: If you request a moving quote, we share your info with one or more licensed moving companies to fulfill your request.

In both cases, this sharing is necessary to provide the service you requested, and your information is not used for any other purpose.

Your Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Request details about what we collect and how we use it
• Ask us to delete your personal information (with some legal exceptions)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
