No, we do not manage any rental properties.

Can you arrange a rental on my behalf?
We do not handle any bookings or reservations. Interested renters must contact the property manager to begin the leasing process.

How much does it cost to advertise a rental?
Property owners, managers & agencies can use our service for free to advertise their available rentals.

Is my contact information published or sold?
The information you provide us is shared only with the property managers of rentals in which you have shown interest.

Do you charge renters for any services?
We do not collect any money (commissions, deposits, fees, etc.) on behalf of property managers. However, some of the property managers & agencies that use our service might charge a fee to work with them.

How does RentalSource make money?
We display interest-based advertisements and relevant promotions from screened providers to the users of our service.

Where do you get your rental listings?
All listings are created by property managers or provided to us by our trusted industry partners.

How can I fix incorrect listing information?
We strive to ensure the information that's displayed on our service is accurate, but to bring a listing to our attention, please use the "report this listing" feature on the property listing.
