We are located on a quiet cove on Lake Austin and there is a boat launch location just 5 minutes away.Just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, you have easy access to many other desirable parts of the city as well. The Hula Hut, an Austin original, is directly across the lake from you and only a short drive. The Grove, a local wine bar and kitchen, is just a few miles away. You are nestled in the Hills of Westlake-a wooded neighborhood just west of town with unique shops and spots. At our luxury contemporary lake home you are just minutes from everything Austin has to offer.The next renters often arrive five hours after you leave. We would like them to have the same fresh air experience in the house that you had upon arrival. Please avoid cooking with anything in the kitchen that will leave a strong lingering odor after you leave. Fish and heavily spiced hot oil cooking are examples of cooking that can leave lingering odors for up to two weeks. You are welcome to use the outdoor grill to prepare those meals.Because this home is located in a quiet residential community, it is not the place for a loud, large and boisterous gathering. In order to maintain the peacefulness and respect our neighbors, we do have some restrictions, quiet hours from 10pm to 7am that restrict activity outside, no music outside the house or around the dock, restrictions on the number of overnight guests (7), and the number of vehicles that may be parked at the residence (6). In order to keep our dock barefoot friendly, we only allow cans and plastic on the dock.The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults.Our property is TurnKey Rental Certified.
