There is carpet in the living room and bedroom and walk-in closet and vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The laundry room also contains a storage locker for each apartment. Washers and dryers are free with no coins or cards required. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling. We have parking available for one vehicle only and street parking is extremely limited on the narrow street adjacent to the golf course. For this reason, we only accept applicants with a maximum of one vehicle. Applicants with no vehicles qualify for a $100 monthly credit. We allow pets with a fully refundable $200 deposit. The only nonrefundable fee we charge is a $25 lock recode fee on moveout. We basically seek individuals with income 3x rent, credit score of 650+, good landlord references.
