Apartment #4 is on the middle level, west side of the addition. Each apartment has it's own entrance off the shared deck. There is a fireplace in the living room of each unit. This apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen....

Approximate Room Dimensions: Living room - 11'5 x 10'4 Bedroom - 12'6 x 8'11 Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. Cats allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs.
