This rental includes: internet, heat and water. Electricity (air conditioning and lights) are tenant responsibilities. No in-unit laundry, however each 4-plex features a secure basement with coin-operated laundry. Also in the basement is a private storage unit per unit. Only 1 parking spot per unit. Additional street parking available. Property built before 1978. Lead-based paint agreement required to lease, however landlord has no record of lead-based paint on the property. Each resident over the age of 18 must complete separate applications. A credit, criminal and eviction background check will be done. Credit score minimum of 625 required as well as income 3x the rent. Refrigerator, Stove, Central Air, Snow Removal, Carpet, Yard Care, Garbage Services, Internet, Heat, Water/Sewer & $700 Security Deposit.
