Both are some of San Diegos most exceptional neighborhoods, with gorgeous Craftsman style homes and streets lined with Jacaranda and Eucalyptus trees. The property is on a quiet street, but still in walking distance to great restaurants, breakfast eateries, coffee shops, stores and trails. Easy access to all freeways and very close to Balboa Park and it's incredible museums, the San Diego Zoo, Downtown, beaches and marinas. You will be able to enjoy your morning coffee on your private gated patio. The kitchen offers everything.from coffee maker, flatware, cookware to dish towels. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a high quality memory foam mattress. The apartment offers wall heaters and an A/C window unit. We do not have a washer and dryer, but a laundromat is 1 mile away (Posh Wash South Park).
