Move-in Cost: Security deposit of $500 or a Full Month's Rent (Depending on application results) $600 Pet deposit ($300 refundable and $300 non-refundable) $35 Monthly Pet Rent. $250 Admin/ Holding Fee (Once application has been submitted, please bring in the form of cashier's check or money order Only) Pro-rated rent. Screening requirements are on the first page of the application. If you do not meet certain criteria, you will not necessarily fail screening entirely.
