This home is 10-12 minutes to UF Health/Shands and the University of Florida. No undergrads. Pet friendly. Two pet maximum with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet. Lawn care is tenant responsibility. Lawn mower provided but not warranted. Pet Friendly.
