We will accept up to 2 pets with deposit, fee and pet rent with some restrictions. Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, sewer, trash and snow removal. Qualifications: 1. Minimum credit score of 525. 2. No Evictions, bankruptcies or foreclosures with in 5 years. We take past 5 years on a case-by-case basis. 3. Verifiable gross Income of the entire household must be 3 times the monthly rent. 4. Clean Background check. 5. While we do not look at medical collections, we only allow a maximum of 3 non-medical collections and/or currently delinquent accounts. 6. Current landlord references. Landscaping.
