Management and Rental Owner Reserve the Right to Request Additional Documentation The following are minimum requirements that you will have to meet in order to be considered for a rental: Income needs to be documented via pay stubs or bank statements in order to be considered in ratios. All four may be used in conjunction. Monthly gross income needs to reasonably support the amount of the rent in order to avoid a financial hardship, as a standard measure 2.5x income to rent is calculated.but debt to incomes shall be considered. A credit score minimum of 650 is expected, but a history of derogatory payments/collections on applicants credit check may result in denial or request of higher security deposit.
