The kitchens all feature dishwashers, built in microwaves, glass top stoves, garbage disposals and oak cabinets. The apartments have similar layouts, but some have been renovated more recently with granite counters. They are conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals and everything Oakland has to offer. Each unit has an assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. An A/C unit will be provided. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only, heat is electric. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and City of Pittsburgh licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
