Prohibited Use. No illegal activity or disruptive behavior is permitted on the Premises. Subleasing. Subleasing is not allowed without written consent from Landlord. Parking. Parking is included. Early Termination. If Tenant terminates the lease early, Tenant agrees to pay an early termination fee of one month's rent ($2,940) and forfeit the security deposit. Move-Out Conditions. Tenant agrees to return the Premises in clean condition, free of damage beyond normal wear and tear. cleaning fee may be deducted if needed....
