The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There's a wood burning fireplace in the living room of each apartment. We own and maintain the A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Show more Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Cats allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit. One Small Dog (under 20 lb). allowed with an extra $300 dog deposit. Certain breeds restricted. We can show the place anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day's notice.
