Each adult over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application. Septic Tank, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer, Trash, Water under 10000 gallons, Anything over 10000 gallons of water is not covered and will be billed to the tenant & Portable A/C unit. Pet Friendly.
