A large, enclosed garage makes the 3rd bedroom or it could be a den or bonus room. There is a large rear deck, great for entertaining or relaxing and with lovely, wooded views. There is a patio on the lower level that is suitable for grilling, a picnic table, etc. There is covered area adjacent to the patio area, that could be used for keeping a lawn mower, bicycles, etc. The home is on a full unfinished basement that is Not included and is for the owner's use only. There is to be absolutely No: hunting, fishing, atv's, motorcycles, go carts, etc. No: campers, rv's, boats, trailers, utility or construction type equipment, trucks (other than pickup trucks). The home and yard areas immediately surrounding the home are the only property included with the rent.
