Every person 18 years and older must fill out a separate application (married couples only need to fill out one application) and there is a $35 fee per application. We accept small pets under 18 inches tall and under 20 pounds. There is a $200 non-refundable fee required per animal. 2 pets max. Requirements: 3 years of rental history, income must be at least 3x the monthly rent and you must be able to pass a background check. Pet Friendly, Sewage, Water, Garbage, Laminate, Tile, Forced Air, Central, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Range Oven & Fireplace. Deposit: $1,000.
