During periods where upstairs apartment is rented, the cottage will share the back yard and there will also be a gardener that comes to take care of the lawn, so you don't have to worry about upkeep, but just enjoy the yard. Please do not disturb the tenants, viewings are by appointment Only. The cottage has it's own entrance and a big deck off the kitchen which also leads to the big, shared backyard, which is a charming area of beautiful garden flowers and a peaceful space.
