Qualified applications must demonstrate their annual income does not exceed the following 60% Area Median Income thresholds: 2 persons must make less than $53,220 per year. 3 persons must make less than $59,880 per year. 4 persons must make less than $66,480 per year. 5 persons must make less than $71,820 per year. Minimum household size for 2-bedroom units is 2 people and no more than 5 household members. Photo's are only representative of a typical 2-bedroom unit.
