Copies of your bank statement - one month, most recent statement. Copies of your tax returns/documents - last year's returns. Please provide the required documents to verify your income. Pet Screening. Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not. Previous Residential History. Please provide at least five (5) years of your previous positive rental/residential history. Credit Report and Screening. Once your completed application is received complete, we will receive a notification. Any fee is paid directly by the 3rd party or credit reporting agency and is non-refundable. Qualification Requirements: Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation. A credit score should be 650 or higher.
