Pet Screening. Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not. Previous Residential History. Please provide at least five (5) years of your previous positive rental/residential history. Credit Report and Screening. Once your completed application is received complete, we will receive a notification. Any fee is paid directly by the 3rd party or credit reporting agency and is non-refundable. Qualification Requirements: Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation. A credit score should be 650 or higher. A valid photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Real Id, Resident Alien Card) Good/positive rental history. Sufficient income. The gross household income must be three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
