Rent includes the ShangriLa Mobile Home Park lot fee and trash service; you would pay gas & electric directly to Colorado Springs Utilities and water with the rent. A completed Pre-Screener is required in order to schedule a showing after July 20. Overall a nice home to enjoy Colorado.
