Available July, 2025. This place is 100% new on the inside. We renovated and remodeled recently so it will be perfect for you. It's located in a quiet, residential area. It's on our larger lot, meaning, we're your closest neighbors. This guesthouse can only have a maximum oftwo people/adults (plus a child and/or pet). If you want great neighbors and want to be a great neighbor, please read on. Please read everything because it contains important information, thanks. If you like mountain views, adjacent parks (tennis, playground, grassy hills) and no traffic, this place is for you. The property has fruit trees, shade trees and a lot of vegetation. Tons of storage. You have a 9x15 storage unit that's private and included in your rental. The great room and front bedroom have 10' ceilings. This adds to the spaciousness of these areas. Back bedroom has a pet door which leads to a private, fenced-in dog run, which is yours. Things to note:-This is a guest house and the 1/3 acre, well-kept yard is shared with us. We have two younger boys and a sweet little girl who do play in the yard. This being said, your home is 100% private, separate and quiet. In the walk-through video (you can watch in the photos section), it mentions the A/C is a swamp cooler: correction it's a wall A/C unit, not swamp cooler. Washer, dryer, fridge and dishwasher are included with the rental price....
Show more The price is for rent; utilities are additional and flucuate but are, on average, about $265 per month (which includes high-speed internet but would be less if you don't want internet or want to adjust speed, as it's a separate internet from the main house).
