Pmi C-Shell may have multiple applications in various stages of processing at the time of your application. Your application is not complete and will not be processed until all required documentation is received. We will select the best qualified applicant for the property. If you are not chosen for that property, we will try our best to place you in one of our other available properties. The Application Fee Is NON-REFUNDABLE Regardless of Application Status (i.
