The open air common spaces of the main central floor allow the tropical trade winds to breeze through the large outfitted kitchen which is adorned with an array of high end cooking appliances, a central island countertop with 4 seats, wine cooler and an extra large fridge and oven, as well as through the large living room equipped with a television and couch setup and the indoor dining area with a table that seats 8.
