Well behaved small pets (less than 15lbs) will be considered, $250 non-refundable pet fee and $50 per month per pet. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Tenant Qualifications. Applicants' combined gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history and reference checks. A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). Gas and electric to be in tenant's name and paid directly by the tenant. Water, sewage and trash are added to the monthly rental statement. Small Dogs Allowed & Cats Allowed.
