The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,450. This zero-entry ground-floor-only duplex unit has concrete flooring throughout. Open concept with combined living, dining and kitchen areas with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway.
