To qualify: We require at minimum 3 times the rental amount, to pass a credit and background check, with a minimum of 2 years of recent verifiable rental history. All persons over the age of 18 are required to submit an application to be approved. Application fees are $50 for each person. Small Dogs Allowed, Cats Allowed, Dogs ok up to 25 lbs & Cats ok.
