This is an upstairs unit. 1 carport with storage is provided, along with first come first serve parking inside the property for one additional vehicle. We have an on-site manager, a nice clean laundry room, 2 gas barbecues and tables in our courtyard for tenants to enjoy. We also have a pool and a rec room that tenants can reserve for parties. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 5 &; 91 freeways and a couple of miles from Knott's Berry Farm &; Cypress College.
