Within walking distance you will find a seafood restaurant/fresh counter, Mexican grocery and several food trucks. More shopping is a short drive away, as is the Vallejo marina and downtown arts district. We require a rent to income ratio of 1/3 or better and a credit score of 670or higher. We will conduct a background check on all applicants.
