Private guy room close to U campus - amazing location. Incredible Floor to Ceiling windows with shared balcony. Great affordable room as most studios in this area rent $1200+ so great deal. This room is 11x9 with plenty of day light. Shared balcony with the other roommate. Shared kitchen and bath with 3 other roommates - no living room. Coined laundry on-site. Central Air. Tile. Not Furnished. Not a party place, mostly students/grads/young working professionals. No criminal/no pets/no smoking/no drugs - must pass background. Street parking - you can get permit from the city - we will try to limit of tenants with cars for these rooms. Restaurants, grocery store, parks, trax/bus are all close as you are in the hub and easily bikeable. Most tenants are 18 to mid 20's students, working professionals, some going to school as well grad school, law student, pre med, economics, international students,financial firms, tech, healthcare, hospitality, non profit firms, etc. Many also work near U campus. You should pass the basic roommate test. Please make sure you can say No to all these No smoking/drugs/pets/criminal /eviction/bankruptcy. You should be someone sane, stable, easy to get along, clean and know how to live with roommates. i.e. respect roommate's privacy, clean up after yourself, don't steal their pizza or milk and be a good roommate. Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc.... We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match. The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates. We manage a lot of room contracts and do all the hard work for you so you can focus on your busy lives. You just need to take good care of the place, pay rent on time and be a good roommate Lease is 1 year, 9-11 months will be much higher. You always have option to terminate early 1) buyout lease for 3x rent 2) show and find qualified replacement approved by us and pay $500 transfer fee, new person must pass background, similar age and same gender. Either option you do lose refundable deposit. Deposit is equal to 1 month rent and out of the $199 non refundable. Tenant pays all utilities - please budget 60-100 and you may need power/gas/internet in your name or roommates, rest billed by us.
