We also have a 40 lb weight limit and allow a maximum of 2 pets. Pets under 1 year of age are not accepted. Application Fee: $50. Each individual aged 18 and over must complete a separate rental application and pay the required application fee. This ensures we can thoroughly screen all prospective tenants for the property. Submission of an application does not guarantee availability. Properties will continue to be shown and marketed until approval is granted and deposit funds are received. Pet Friendly, Dogs ok & Cats ok.
