Units rent for $1500 and are carpeted units and are jointly leased. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, except for trash removal, as there is a dumpster on-site for trash disposal. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
