Landscaping maintenance and weed abatement around the home and on the graded pad area included with this rental home and property will be the responsibility of the tenant during the lease. Weeds will need to be kept down for fire insurance purposes, and if not, a landscaper will be called in periodically to remove or mow them down at the tenant's expense if they are not keeping up with them as needed. Any other personal plants, pots, or gardening may require the owner's approval beforehand due to water inclusion.
