Situated on the backyard patio is a dining table accommodating eight adults, a fire feature to catch sunsets with a glass of wine under the outdoor heating lamps on cooler nights and a four-burner BBQ island for the grill masters. The gated community features tennis courts, pickleball courts, a community pool and a community grill. Community amenities are first come, first served. Mission Hills North Gary Player Signature Course is a public course and guests are welcome to book a tee time. Additional Amenities. Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport are easily accessible, approximately 7 miles away. An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant. Pool Heat. Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
