With generous cabinet space and a practical layout, the kitchen supports everything from quick meals to full cooking routines. Residents may choose free surface lot parking or upgrade to a standard garage space for $100 per month or an electrical garage space for $150 per month. Each apartment is pre-wired with Spectrum high-speed internet, a required $65 monthly service that ensures reliable connectivity from day one. We are happy to send an application or schedule a tour. Each person 18 or older must complete a separate application and the fee is a nonrefundable $50. Applications remain valid for six months and can be transferred to other Trekk Properties communities.
