Additional Policies. Credit Considerations: Lower credit scores may be accepted if there is no negative rental history. Applicants with lower credit scores may be approved if income, rental history, and all other application criteria are met. In such cases, approval may be conditioned upon payment of an additional security deposit. Any required additional deposit must be paid prior to move-in, along with the standard security deposit and first month's rent in full.
