About 899 S State St #301

Tucked into the South Loop, this is a home with genuine character, the kind of place that leans hard into its industrial loft roots and still feels polished and livable. Step inside and the first thing you notice is the height: soaring ten foot ceilings paired with exposed concrete and spiral ductwork overhead that give every unit real personality and a sense of openness you rarely find. Warm wood floors run underfoot, and an in unit washer and dryer means laundry day never sends you down the hall or out the door.

The amenity stack here is genuinely strong. There is a resort style pool for slow summer afternoons, plus two rooftop decks crowned with fire pits and wide open skyline views, perfect for unwinding at sunset or gathering friends after a long week. For anyone with a four legged companion, the gated dog park comes complete with a paw wash station, and just a couple blocks away you will find Dearborn Park, a quiet pocket of green that makes daily walks easy and pleasant.

Location wise, you are wonderfully connected. The Roosevelt CTA stop sits roughly five blocks away, putting the rest of the city within quick and easy reach whether you are commuting downtown or heading out for the evening. A neighborhood market is close at hand for everyday essentials and last minute pickups, and a Trader Joe's is reachable on foot when you want to do a fuller grocery run....
Show more Coffee, dining, and a few fun surprises round out the immediate area, from a quick morning espresso to a more spirited night out when the mood strikes.

What ties it all together is the feel of the place: industrial and airy, social yet calm, with finishes that respect the building's history while keeping everyday life comfortable and effortless. If lofty ceilings, a rooftop view, and a pet friendly home in one of the city's most walkable neighborhoods sound like your speed, we would love to show you around. Reach out to schedule a tour and come see it in person. Amenities: Freezer & Range/Oven. Heating: forced air.
