This quintessential Charleston outdoor space serves as an extension of the home, offering a serene setting to enjoy the Low country breeze. Furnished with a dining table for six, a cozy lounge area and a grill, the piazza invites guests to relax and unwind in true Southern style. While the home does feature multiple flights of stairs, an elevator is available for convenience. Guests wishing to use the elevator must sign a waiver upon leasing and no credits will be provided in the event of maintenance issues. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. A small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee. Experience the charm, history and elegance of Charleston at Magnolia Retreat-where timeless architecture meets contemporary luxury. Dogs less than 50 pounds can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. Please note, if you are staying at this property for more than one month, monthly cleanings are required at the expense of the tenant. The monthly cleaning fee is $300. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
