About 96 Fifth Ave #9F

This is one of the best buildings in NYC. One of the Crown Jewels of this portfolio. I'm talking the best location, the best doormen available 24/7, and the best super you've ever met. The building has a beautiful well manicured lobby, laundry facilities on every floor, and 2 big elevators and a service elevator. Now for the apartment. It is Awesome. This is a HUGE alcove studio. This unit is easily bigger than most one bedroom apartments. Tons of windows giving you a great amount of natural light in the living area and sleeping alcove. As you walk in there is a large coat closet to your left in the foyer. Directly across from the closet is the galley kitchen that has a brand new GUT renovation with stainless steel, high end, Viking appliances and plenty of cabinet space and counter space. Now the living area is truly something to behold. The entire space has been gut renovated and has brand new hardwood flooring throughout. There is easily enough space to have an L sofa, extra arm chair, full living room set and have space left over for a dining area. And there will STILL be room to spare for your P90X, or Yoga, or zoom dance parties. The sleeping alcove has plenty of room for a queen size bed and bedroom set. Windows line the entire wall of the living space and sleeping alcove so you'll get plenty of light....
