About 7146 Danko Dr

Tucked away on a quiet, safe cul-de-sac in Aptos, this gorgeous single story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sits on a large corner lot and offers a truly unique living experience. The home is wrapped around a central courtyard, filling every room with natural light and warmth throughout the day, with French door access to the courtyard from one of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room.

Inside, you'll find solid oak flooring, a vaulted living room ceiling with exposed beams, and a well-insulated build that keeps the home comfortable year-round. Two of the three bedrooms are large primary suites, and one of those primary's includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. With 3 full bathrooms total, there's plenty of space and privacy for everyone in the home.

Step outside and you're greeted by beautifully landscaped, drought-resistant gardens that attract butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds, along with lemon, orange, lime, fig, and tangerine trees, a true gardener's retreat right at home. For extra storage, the home offers a small storage room accessible through the laundry room, plus 4 additional storage sheds in the side yard. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included for everyday convenience, and an EV charging hookup is already in place.

This property does not include a garage, and there is an attached studio on the property that is separately occupied by another tenant and is not included in this lease. But it does offer 3 parking spots for the main house....
